Our services
Answer Assistant provides AI visibility and accuracy reports for businesses. During our early validation period, reports are prepared and reviewed by our team. Reports are informational and represent our best assessment at the time of delivery.
Sample and demonstration data
Sample reports on our website use fictional demonstration data. They illustrate the format and value of an Answer Assistant report and do not reflect any real business.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to only submit businesses you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the verified information you supply to Answer Assistant.
No guarantee of outcomes
AI assistant outputs change over time and across systems. Answer Assistant does not guarantee that any particular AI system will mention, recommend, or accurately represent your business now or in the future. Our recommendations are guidance, not guarantees.
Fees and billing
The free AI Answer Check is provided at no cost. Paid audits and monitoring are billed at the prices shown on our Pricing page. Monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
Answer Assistant, its reports, methodology, and branding are owned by Answer Assistant. Reports delivered to you are for your internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answer Assistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
